• Mayor Erwin Cinco Ocaña attended was the ceremonial oath-taking of the officers of the Municipal Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Management Council (MFARMC), led by Chairperson Joy C. Nonay, as well as the Municipal Agricultural and Fishery Council (MAFC), with Chairperson Adelaida T. Odtuhan at the helm. During the event, Mayor Erwin congratulated the new officers and emphasized their important role in the progress of the agricultural and fisheries sectors, which are key to the continued development of Tolosa. • Hon. Erwin C. Ocaña attended an orientation and public raffle event for the House and Lot Package of the San Antonio EFCO Subdivision, which is part of a Yolanda Permanent Housing Project. This event, held on March 5, 2025, was aimed at providing housing support for residents affected by Typhoon Yolanda.

• Mayor Erwin C. Ocaña attended the Mass Civil Wedding held on February 24, 2025, at the Municipal Hall, 2nd Floor Annex Building. During this event, 12 couples were happily united in marriage through a free civil wedding program organized by the Municipal Civil Registrar, with the help of OIC MCR Mr. Rodel L. Jayme and his staff.
• Mayor Erwin C. Ocaña attended the welcoming ceremony for the delegation from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). The delegation, led by Prof. Dr. Mohammad Noor Amal Azmai of the Institute of Bioscience at UPM, visited the Municipal Hall of Tolosa on February 24, 2025.
• Sir Iain Cox, Political Counsellor, of the British Embassy in the Philippines pays a courtesy call on Gov. Ben Evardone at the Capitol last February 3,2023.
• The Department of Agriculture Regional Office No. VIII and the Province of Eastern Samar, on Friday, December 2, broke ground for the the Improvement/Concreting of Brgy. Burak-Mabuhay-Bantayan-Kalaw Farm To Market Road in Oras, E. Samar.
