The Local Government Unit of Tolosa, under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Hon. Erwin C. Ocaña, warmly welcome the delegation from Universiti Putra Malaysia, headed by Prof. Dr. Mohammad Noor Amal Azmai of the Institute of Bioscience, UPM, during their visit to the Municipal Hall on February 24, 2025.
